About

meet seth

I grew up in Rockville, Maryland, and crossed the bridge to move to Northern Virginia in 2023.

My own fitness journey has been a bit of a winding road. Honestly, I wasn’t always passionate about health. I could barely squat 135 lbs, my technique was rough, I arched my back, and I lifted way too much out of ego. After Covid, I finally got serious about my health. Not just strength, but also sleep and nutrition all became a priority for me. In my squats, I learned to brace, breathe properly, and leave the ego behind. Through weightlifting, I’ve come to realize that it’s not about comparing yourself to anyone else. It’s really about seeing how far you’ve come and the progress you’ve made.

Going through that transformation myself has made it really meaningful to help other people improve their quality of life through fitness. Seeing clients make changes that help them feel better is just as rewarding as my personal weightlifting progress. And it’s not just about lifting heavy weights. I’ve seen clients get stronger, sleep better, feel better mentally, and create changes that translate into their life beyond the gym.

Fitness should feel approachable and even fun, not intimidating. I create workouts tailored to each person’s goals and abilities. My focus is on proper form, steady progress, and building confidence along the way. And, I like to bring positive energy that supports my clients in creating habits that improve their overall well-being.

In addition to coaching clients, I spent over a year training in Olympic lifting before competing in my first competition. The process required dedication, consistency, and a deep focus on technique—experience that continues to influence how I approach strength training and coaching today.
