Anyone! Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into fitness, or looking to get stronger and more confident, I’ll design workouts that fit your goals and experience level.

Each session is 1 hour. We’ll start with a warm-up, move through your personalized workout, and finish with a cool-down and stretch.

Nope! Workouts are tailored to your fitness level, and we can use bodyweight, free weights, whatever equipment is available, and things that I bring.

One-hour sessions are $60. I also offer package deals if you want to commit to multiple sessions.

We accept PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

I come to you! I train throughout the DMV, focusing on Northern Virginia.
